Prepiad.Citi.com/BioTest is operated by Wirecard North America and trademarks “Citi”, “Citibank”, “Citigroup”, the Blue Wave, and the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof or other trademarks owned or used by Citigroup. Any questions in regards to the prepaid card can be directed to the toll-free number on the back of the BioTest card. The activation process will take less than 5 minutes to complete and the 16 digit card number is required along with the security code. The Prepaid Citi BioTest card number can be found on the front of the card while the security code can be found on the back of the card at the end of the signature panel. Please note this is a prepaid card and is not a credit card. The card will not hurt or improve a credit score and once the funds have been used it will become worthless.

- Wait for the card to arrive via US Mail
- once the card arrives navigate to the activation URL
- Provide the card number and security code
- Provide name, email address, and phone number
- Click submit and start using the card wherever the Visa logo is present

- Contact Citi customer service via email
- Request a new card in case one is lost or stolen
