Survey Bold BBQ

The survey Bold BBQ will most likely take the customer less than 60 seconds to complete and an email address is required. The customer will be asked a few questions about the BBQ, the cleanliness of the table and store, how fast they were seated, how friendly was the staff, and the finally they would like the customer to rate their overall experience at Rib Crib on a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the best and 1 being the worse). The Survey Bold BBQ will also provide the customer an option to provide a short candid statement about their visit (i.e. those were the best ribs ever).
In return for their efforts the customer will receive a coupon at the end of the survey for a “free chips and salsa” appetizer when a regular adult meal is purchased. Please print this entire coupon and present it to the Rib Crib server on a future visit. The free salsa coupon can only be used with a in restaurant visit and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers at Rib Crib.

All Rib Cribs feature a rustic lodge-like setting and use a hickory-wood-burning rotisserie smoke. The first Rib Crib was opened in 1992 by Bret Chandler and has been named one of the “best places to work” and one of the “top 50 growth chains”.
